Privacy, in plain language.
Your loads are your business. Every carrier gets its own server with its own database, and nothing on it is shown to another carrier or used to train anyone's AI. This page says exactly what leaves that server and what never does. Last updated October 29, 2026.

This website
No cookies. No ad trackers. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without following you to other sites. We also count four things ourselves, with no name attached: the prices were seen, the pilot form was seen, the pilot form was sent, the driver page's language was changed.
The pilot form. When you request a pilot spot we keep what you typed (company, trucks, phone, email), the time, your IP address and country, your browser's name, and the campaign tag on the link you followed, if any. It is stored with Cloudflare and emailed to us. We use it only to set up your pilot, and we delete it when you ask.
Sign in. The sign-in page remembers your server's name in your own browser so you don't have to type it again. It is not sent to us.

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: write to hello@gatevectors.com. Carriers can export everything on their server, any day, as Excel and PDFs.
